Construction Safety : Emergency Action Plan - The emergency response plan should be created and maintained. It should identify the potential for accidents and emergency situations, and address the prevention of safety and health risks associated with it.

Emergency action plan must be designed according to the size and shape of activities based on the relevant international standards. Generally, it should contain:

a) ensure that the information, internal communication and coordination must be provided to protect all people, in case of emergency at the worksite;

b) provide information and communication with the relevant authorities and the neighbourhood and emergency services;
c) pay attention to first aid, fire prevention and evacuation at construction sites; and
d) provide information and training related to all members of the organisation, at all levels, including regular exercises in emergency response.
