Safety Culture - Employees need to be aware and know the causes and consequences of accidents. Accidents at work may be caused by the neglect of safety and negligence by the workers themselves, resulting in death, disability and injury.

In fact, the health aspects at the workplace also need to be internalised and practiced, especially workers who are exposed to risks or hazards that threaten their health. The effect may only be seen in a long time or after the employee retires.

Therefore, employees need to know that they must work in safe and healthy environments in order to practice safety culture. The cooperation of all parties is very needed in which, the employer can play a role in the practice of safety and health at work.

Safe working life will be obtained by a number of methods that work according to safe work procedures and comply with safety regulations. Employees must be alert and avoid unsafe act as a practicing Safe and Healthy Work Culture at work.

In the purpose of allowing a person to work safely, the workplace must be free of exposed to any danger. It should be identified and preventive measures or control shall be performed. In addition, make sure all employees are given the knowledge, skills and appropriate information to perform a job or task safely. 

If all this can be put into practice effectively, then it is definitely safety in the workplace will be achieved, and employees can live safely and healthy.
