Safety Talk is a practical way to remind employees that health and safety is important in the workplace. In principle, it relates to a particular topic, subject, and problems related to health and safety at work.
The objective of the safety talk to alert workers about the potential hazards in their workplace and help employees to recognize and control these hazards.
They can be of anyone who gave a safety talk whether the health and safety officers, safety committee members, safety supervisor or those who have health and safety duties. Even so, in some organization, every employee is scheduled to give a safety talk, to maintain safety awareness among them.
So what kind of message that should be delivered during safety talks? Are there any standard message? Basically there is no set standard messages. Pick any topic, subject or problem related to health and safety in the workplace, it will be enough. What is important the safety talk message has to be well prepared, because it should be finished in about 5 minutes.

Reminders can be given for changes in the work environment, about recent incident, the use of personal protective equipment, housekeeping, changes in work practices and so on.
